Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short period.

Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

Links to Villiers

When you click "Get a free quote" you are taken to villiers.ai, operated by Villiers. The link contains our affiliate code so that a booking can be credited to us. Any data you enter there is processed by Villiers under their own privacy policy.

Live price check and quote requests

When you use the price check, the route and number of passengers you choose are sent from our server to Villiers to get an estimate. No personal data is involved, and a technical session cookie (valid for your visit only) links your estimate to a later quote request. If you then send the quote form, we pass your trip details, email address and any optional details you enter (name, phone, preferences) to Villiers, which contacts charter operators and emails you confirmed options. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given with the checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep only a reference number and the route of each request to match commissions, not your contact data. Villiers processes your data under its own privacy policy (villiers.ai). To prevent abuse, we store a pseudonymised form of your IP address for up to 24 hours.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sets cookies and tells Meta that you visited this page, whether you used the price check, opened an empty-leg offer or requested a quote, so we can measure and improve our ads (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent). Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you click "Decline", the pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. Meta's policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
